BRUNCH BRAAI FOR DAD – FATHER’S DAY AT THE RITZ HOTEL

By
Fathers Day 17 June 2018 at CASA at the Ritz hotel

MAKE DAD THE STAR OF THE SHOW.

To celebrate Father’s Day and treat the men in our lives with something glamorous – but not too glamorous – CASA at The Ritz hotel in Sea Point, will host a lavish braai in our resort-style restaurant, spilling out onto the pool deck. The buffet will have the usual incredible treats and hand-made pastries, salads, vegetables and bread with corn on the cob, boerewors, chicken wings, chops, and snoek on the braai.

Each dad will receive a Stella Artois draught on arrival and we’ll extend whiskey specials all day: Jameson on the Rocks R15 each or double Jameson + mixer R35 each. End the meal with an Irish coffee R25

Did you know?

Father’s Day was first celebrated in June 1910 in Washington, USA and since, we honour our strong, funny and goofy Dads each year because obviously, they deserve the same acknowledgement as Moms!  In 1966, Lyndon B. Johnson,  declared the third Sunday in June as the official day to celebrate Father’s Day. However, it wasn’t until 1972, during the Nixon administration, that Father’s Day was officially recognized as a national holiday.

Book a table at CASA for the family and make Dad the star of the show. Child-friendly day.
